Program Administration Services

With a PACE Program, a municipality can play as small or as a large a role as it chooses. Some municipalities choose to play an active role in administering their programs, others prefer to play a minimal role, and others choose somewhere in between. With that in mind, municipalities can choose to implement PowerHouse's turnkey SMART Energy Program with very little effort or can choose to create a custom Program. Program Administration Services consists of three components: Program Design, Program Implementation and Program Processing.
