Program Financing

Providing low cost financing to property owners is the first requirement in launching a renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water efficiency building improvement ("PACE") lending program. PowerHouse and its partners provide financing solutions to municipalities that wish to implement a PACE Program. The municipality does not incur any costs associated with the issuance of the funds to the property owners. Funding is provided to each participating property owner upon the completion of the building improvements. Our financing approach is a low-cost, low risk source of capital for municipalities wishing to implement a local PACE program.
